Very tasty! I just received my buckets of veggies today. When I opened one of the buckets I realized it comes in 8 serving pouches, so a total of 15 pouches. Serving sizes are a bit small, but this is normal I guess for fruits and veggies. I've always liked how Wise packages their products. I like that I can open the bucket and not effect the 20 year shelf life of the food until you actually open the pouch.

We tried the green beans, corn, and prepared some of them in the mushroom sauce and some in the cheese sauce. We noticed they were much bigger than any other freeze dried or dehydrated veggies we've tried. WARNING - MAKE SURE YOU BUY FREEZE DRIED fruits and veggies, NOT DEHYDRATED. Many brands claim to be freeze dried or make you think they are, but if you open it and its hard and shriveled up, its dehydrated. This makes it hard to eat plain and takes forever to rehydrate.
