Item is easy to store in heavy duty, stackable bucket containers. One bucket for breakfast items and one bucket for entrees. Opened a couple entree items to try before storing them. They were tasty, and not just for freeze dried meals. The 'servings' are smaller than expected but in an emergency ... this item will be more than sufficient. Item is clearly labeled with manufacture date. Highly recommend over other emergency food storage I've purchased.
